Complaint regarding Big Bazaar profit club membership

I have opted the big bazaar profit club membership from Big Bazaar pune(hinjewadi phase1 branch), immediately after receiving the card I understood the details shared by sales person was wrong and opted for cancellation, that guy was saying the card is not activated after 24hrs you can cancel. Hence I have returned this card in phoenix market city big bazaar branch Bangalore. Even after the more than 2 months I am waiting for the refund I haven’t received it. I have been chasing the customer care centre and those guys are closing the complaints without notice. Please do the needful and help me as soon as possible.
