I have a window AC of Bluestar, on 8th July 2016 I requested for servicing at Customer Care under ticket number S1607080312 but till date nobody showed up. In the mean while I had undergone the servicing with a privated engineer. Than I got a call from Bluestar service engineer on 15th July to come for servicing, but when I told him about all this and told him that still my issue is pending its not working properly then he said i will come but you have to pay me full amount. My qustion is why should a customer has to face such things, when I was ready to pay them initially but when their was no response from them, only then, I had gone for outside service. My AC is still not working properly.
