I received a IVR call from tatasky on 18/6/16 mentioning that on Recharge for Rs 250and above will get bonus of Rs 50 credited in 24 hrs. Offer was for same day. I forgot to recharge. On 20/6/16 I received same call again and I rexharged with Rs 400/. After 2 days of recharge I called up at customer care for asking bonus not credited in my account, he said that you will receive a call back from backhand department. I received call from backhand department but they are not ready to admit it, and they keep saying that they have not made any call. I want to know how IVR call can be fake. It’s not matter of Rs 50/ now it’s matter that company customer care executive don’t know how to talk. As I am part of tatasky from past 3 plus yrs and I have never asked for anything. But as of now I received call I should be getting benift from company. Hope you will help me.
