I availed a prebooking of Reliance digital t.v. on 4th April 2018 giving the payment of 499 deducted from my account. Conformation msg was recieved by me and I was assured to get the connection within 45 days from 4th April. After 20th my I have called more than 20 times to the customer care of Reliance regarding this delay and each time they were given same reason that the process is going on and u will get the connection soon. when I asked for the refund they refused and said we can’t refund the money. Some times when I asked about the cheating act of Reliance towards me , the customer care executive behaved roughly .when I called them last time then given me word to provide the connection by 30th July 2018.After that date the customer care no is continuing the busy to e.
So I want to resister a complaint against reliance big tv for their careless behave towards me and the company’s corrupted policy to collect money from the innocent customers giving them false information and false attractive offers. And unnecessarily wasting time of the costomers
