My self aged 60 and my brother aged 70 booked ticket on on 23rd October 2015. we wanted to travel bhakal and had booked ticket from from Bangalore to Bhatkal as seats were available in It was not been told us to that bus will not go to Bhatkal and in the morning on 24 October 2015 they have dropped us at Honnavar Circular far behind the Destination ticket we booked.

I had put consumer complain over vide my complain register number 102246692 and RB 24102015-312978. i am following up with them since then but have not received any revert from them about the same.

We come under senior citizen cadre but travel agent was not at all worried about the same . We had to forcefully get down before my destination .

I am attaching my ticket for the refference.

  1. Our bsnl land line no.02462 Nanded maharastra is continiously underrepair .continiously complaining there is no use at body it taking care.
    Landline bill also very much .for complaint their no is website for complaint .
