Complaint regarding broken furniture from Insaraf.com

I had ordered 5 peg tables and 1 sideboard worth Rs 32000 from Insaraf.com in Mar 2017. However on receipt I found out that the furniture was broken. I initiated a return request immediately but inspite of repeated requests and reminders for 15 days the furniture was not picked up. The company (Insaraf) keeps making tall claims about their furniture but falls flat on keeping promises and maintaining a decent after sale service. I have been troubled by the company tele executives to that extent that I have lost all hopes of returning the a broken furniture. I have now decided to go to the highest level to screw the company and teach them a lesson.
