Complaint regarding broken jar in new Bajaj Grinder pack

It is pertinent to mention that i bought a bajaj grinder from CSD cuttack on 28/10/2015 while i was on leave. after purchasing the product i didnt opened it. when i reached my duty station and opened the item i saw the large steel jar was broken from it side. i registered complains to customer service of bajaj with complain number 8269803-1, 8339615-1, 8339713-1 but no action has been taken yet. the local dealer (sree deesha enterprises, vellore) is telling to change it from where i purchased it. but when the company is giving warranty for the product across India then i dont understand what is the problem. so it is requested that my problem may be solved at the earliest. thanking you in anticipation.
