The package was delivered with visible damage on the package. Called the technician (VK Engineering, Covai through Daiwa Installation number 1-800-4252606) for free installation. He came on 1/8/16 opened and found the TV is broken and unusable. So advised to contact Shopclues for replacement.

After the return request, several calls to Shopclues Support and email follow up, is on. However till date they did not arrange for the reverse pickup neither any commitment on when it will be done. It looks like I am crying inside a well.

They have a 10 return return and replacement policy. Still they behave like this. In the mean time the Credit card payment is due and need payment for a broken product.

Please help to resolve for a replacement.
