On Monday 21/11/2016 i made a payment of BSES Electricity Bill of Rs.600/- the amount has been deducted from my bank account but payment was not met to the electricity board. Many times i called paytm, couple of mails i sent to them but i have not get a positive response from them. At last i request you to take some necessary step regarding this.
