From August 2016 onwards, I have not been able to use my BSNL Broadband as the DSL is not detected. The Katipalla exchange personnel never receive the calls. And if at all they pick up, the don’t take any actions. I have made several visits to their office and even then my connection has not been repaired. From the inception I have not been able to access the 8 MBPS speed I was assured for my BB plan and yet I’m supposed to pay 1192 Rs. every month. Moreover, the quality of the MODEM and adapter provided by BSNL is very poor. Please explain why should I pay the bill for a service which I’m not receiving ?
