Complaint regarding BSNL recharge

I did my recharge of Rs 13 for the value of local and std call of 100 minutes for 2 days, around 9 am sunday 18th october, but after doing my recharge i didnt got any message of confirmation for Rs 13 and its bebifit. I called customer care at 1503 and i asked her to check that plan, a lady replied to my voice that thereis no such plan , after that i said her ti register my complaint, she replied ,no such conplaint will be registered i said to transfer my call to her senior, she transfered it, but that senior officer talked so rudely that i cant even imagine that, and she too said complaint cant be registered, u can do whatever you want. Even i said to refund my money, she said u have done your recharge, it cant be refunded.
