We booked our cab at 9 am in morning for 2 pm but our cab reached at 3:45 pm and we called our cab driver his phone is switched off and cab ower is refused to receive our call and due to delay in cab we missed our train at 9:25 pm from new delhi.. and our cab driver drop at dulaha kaun in middle road with family.. He behavioued very rudely with us and his ower told him to drop in middle of the trip and due to thst we missed our train from new delhi to allahabad at 9:25 pm and den again we have the train from allahabad to kodarma. Due to delay in cab we beared so much of loss in business and kuds unabled to reach school on time and important part our kids suffering from health issue. This is the worst experience with make my trip. We expect soon this case to be resolved.
