I bought a CFS 21 Club Code Black perfume from SnapDeal for INR 340.00 on 15-06-2016 and the order was placed successfully. I also got a email which said that my order has been placed successfully. Next day on 16-06-2016, I got a confirmation email that my product has been shiped, but today on 17-06-2106, I recieved an email which told that my order has been cancelled because delivery can not be completed and the amount will be refunded within 4 business days. Though they have assured the refund of the amount, yet I am really disappointed with this kind of treatment from Sanpdeal. How can they cancel the order anytime when I paid them previously and they gave me the delivery dates.
