Complaint regarding cancellation policy of Redbus

Cancellation policy in Redbus. Cancellation policy doesn’t match at the time of booking and while cancelling
Value: 522 My Journey is on 26th Feb today the date is 17th Feb. At the time of booking the cancellation policy says 7days before the travel 15% cancellation charges. Here it’s 9days before the travel which was not in the above clause. If you see at the time of cancellation they introduced new clause saying upto 19th 15% cancellation charges.

Introducing a new clause only at the time of cancellation is fraud. It need to be mentioned on at the time of booking as well. Ticket Details: TM3C91490262
