Sir, I booked a ticket for four passengers in Redbus for journey from Ranchi to patna (over night journey) date 25/12/2014 Ticket no- TGDM444273555, and another return ticket from patna to Ranchi Ticket no-TGDM38729324 of 26/12/2014. some how mistake happened while booking return ticket. i had to book it in evening bus but got booked in morning bus of same date. Now i had to postpond the ticket for evening bus on same date, whose provision was not there on ticket booking site nor was provision of cancellation of same on ticket booking site, from passenger end . so, i called up to Red bus toll free number 186030010101, their one executive named Axxxxxxa received phone and during processing cancellation formalities she cancelled my Ticket no TGDM444273555, which was not required this could be evident only by listening the call details of conversation at 12:30 pm made from my mobile number 7545833330 on 25/12/2014. Problem is that the cancellation charge is very high. about this issue i made a complain to Red bus authority whose complain number is 101168312. dated 25/12/2014. Now none of them from Red bus is concern about our grievances. I tried many times to contact them on phone but no one is concerned about complain. Just within 10 minutes of ticked booking i approached for cancellation, for which they charged Rs 544. and also for ticket cancelled mistakenly from their end for that also they charged us Rs 504.
In transaction of ticket booking i made loss of Rs 1048/ in 10 minutes for their policy which is not disclosed to customers while booking ticket, one comes to know about policy after booking ticket, and even for their mistakes customers are compelled to pay. I am totally disagree with their ticket cancellation service and non provision of journey postponing service.
