I had bought Cannon PIXMA MG3100 Series Serial number LGVA53045 from Abudhabi on 2012, printer was in working condition only the issue was ” ink absorber almost full” error messaged.

I searched the authorized service center in chennai, I mailed the person and he asked me to bring the printer to their office ” Access Computer Data Corp “, Bill no 2016-17/304, Date 15/10/2016

Service engineer Mr Axxxxxn / Mr Axxxxxxd checked and told me the error message was cleared by software which was charged Rs 500. Then asked me to replace paper feed wheeler charge Rs 350 with in 15 minutes you will get back I accepted and got the customer service report

I waited more than 2 hr no response, finally he told during replacing connector was broken with in 2 days will call you back, afterwards no response from their side. After 4 days I called them, they told try to resolve.

Now almost 3 weeks over many times I called them, they told we are not able to solve, the board connector price too high so you buy new machine.

Part of the printer is broken by engineer due to his negligence while doing service of the printer, now the service provider of the company is asking me to buy new one.

Request you to kindly get the problem sorted asap.
