I have purchased a wirlpool fridge in 2010. on december 2016 i faced a severe problem in it. wirlpool send his technician for a no of time but can’t solve the problem. so the company asked me to take cash back offer. i agreed. i’ve informed that it will take 40 working days. after 3 months company informed me that all the documents i submitted have been lost by them and it will take more time. it is very ridiculous that a renounced company can’t repair its own product and after giving an offer it lost all the concern documents. plz help me to get the value offered by the company.
