I have recharged my Vodafone number with 3G data pack worth Rs.249 INR on first June 2015. The transaction ID of this recharge is MH0102122290. As per this recharge, 2GB data must be available up to 28th June 2015 or till the 2GB data is completely used whichever is earlier.
On 9th June 2015, I have received a message from Vodafone stating that my number is recharged with Rs 19 INR (via transaction ID: MH151460268162)& I will get 100 MB 2G data for 3 days only. Afterwards there was no 3G data flow to my phone from the Vodafone. The above mentioned Rs 19 INR recharge was NOT done by me. I have not asked anybody to recharge my mobile.
After the receipt of this Rs 19 INR message, my previous data pack was overwritten by this Rs 19 INR recharge and there is NO 3G data flow to my mobile.
On 8th June 2015, I contacted Vodafone customer care representative Mr Gxxxxr via call ID 1243849225 & explained my problem. The response of the customer care representative was frustrating and NO solution was provided by him.
Even though I am not responsible for this Rs 19 INR recharge, how Vodafone can deactivate my already paid & valid 3G data pack.
NOTE: at the time of deactivation of Rs 249 INR 3G pack,there is approximately 1.5 GB data still left unused in it.
