Complaint regarding claim denial Syska Gadgets

I had taken mobile insurance with Syska Gadget Secure when i bought my mobile HTC DESIRE 828 DS on Date: 30th Jan, 2016.

I lost my phone on Dt: 5th Mar, 2016. Thereafter, I informed incident details to Syska Gadget Secure on the same day and thereafter, I provided all the documents to Syska Gadget Secure which they asked for. However, on confirming with Syska Gadget Secure, they, on every call pointed some or the other discrepancy in the documents provided. However, on calling to Syska Gadget Secure call centre Hotline, they informed that the discrepancy was not there. This cycle continued till Two months or so. Later on, I got intimation from Syska Gadget Secure stating that now the claim cannot be claimed as time for submitting correct documents has passed.

I am having all the documents and mails in place mentioning that I had submitted all the correct documents asked by Syska Gadget secure within the stated time frame but, it still appears that Syska Gadget Secure fraudulently rejected the insurance claim.

Request you to look into the issue for resolving the issue rightfully. Such fraudulent operating behaviour by such companies should be banned for best interest of the customers.
