Sir, I bought Vivo V5 gold mobile from the mobile Store on 15,1,2017 together with all risk Ensurance. After this on 24,7,2017 my phone got stolen and I lodged a claim with Ensurance.. The company sent a document which I filled and returned to the company through email. After this company rejected my claim saying the phone was lost due to my negligence. I want to lodge a complaint at consumer court.
