Complaint regarding claim rejection by Ensurance

Sir, I bought Vivo V5 gold mobile from the mobile Store on 15,1,2017 together with all risk Ensurance. After this on 24,7,2017 my phone got stolen and I lodged a claim with Ensurance.. The company sent a document which I filled and returned to the company through email. After this company rejected my claim saying the phone was lost due to my negligence. I want to lodge a complaint at consumer court.

Complaint against Make My Trip for refund delayed for more than six months – Rs.9,993/-: Claudia Jones of Goa (happyecoclaudia(at)yahoo.co.uk) had to cancel a flight to Thailand on 30-04-2009 that was booked through Make My Trip. Refund from OYO-Life – Rs.7,999/- : Ms. Ankita Singh of Gurugram, Haryana moved out from OYO-LIFE on 2nd march. She was assured that refund was initiated by them on 7th march but she did not receive the money. She contacted the customer care many times but did not her money back. Refund from Makemytrip.com – Rs.10,000/-: Mr. Sesha Sai Kuchibhotla, Hyderabad 500008, Telangana booked 2 student tickets on make my trip. Though the 3rd baggage was free for students on British Airways, he was charged Rs.10,000/- @ 5000 Rs per ticket. He raised a complaint with Makemytrip but it was not resolved even after 45 days. Customer charged for unsolicited debit card – Complaint against ICICI Bank: Dr. Boopathi Manickam of Madurai (psbmmba@yahoo.co.in) posted a complaint with ICF with regard to ICICI bank debiting charges on account of debit card issued by the bank but was not received by Dr. Manickam.
