I have a member in The National Holidays, at joining time the told monthly we give three movie pass for the every month. I joined on July 2014, Till now the are not given the movie pass properly if call to the customer care means the give the information and request to grace date to send the pass, but i paid 18,000 for the membership till now the didn’t treat me as a member because of the irresponsible status. If you not give the proper answer means kindly cancelled my membership return my amount to me, but they told no opption like that. kindly tell me the justices for this case and i need to canclled the membership and i need my money back.
