I had taken syska gadget secure insurance for my Samsung J7 Mobile and due to lcd broken during accident i sent it to samsung repair store as per direction by them, after a tidious time of 45 days samsung declared that phone cant be repaired as parts unavailable. though mobile was launched before 3 months and it was declared total loss. now syska people are claiming samsung will pay money & samsung says they will make part payment and rest payment syska will do. in their fight i am neither getting my mobile nor i am getting my payment.

I atleast made 50 calls but neither executives nor their senior are ready to come on phone and speak, they made u wait for hours and then they disconnect the call. height is they says apki aavaz na ane ki vajah se ye call disconnect kiya jata hai.
