custumer care employees don’t have manner to behave with humans. Sir i submit my phone coolpad cool 1 on -: 30th JUNE 2017. And he only give me manual jobsheet just a man-made invoice. When i ask for COMPUTERISED JOBSHEET he refuse and behave rudely after many conflicts and call your customer care finally he gives me jobsheet ON 7th JULY (Jobsheet no.-: JS17070700424 )

Now it again gives me estimated date of 22 JULY and your computer system is showing that i submit phone on 7th july that is absolutely wrong.

i already waited for 12-13 days and when i contact bhilwara customer care for my phone status he behave in veryy rude and manerslessly he told me that you argue with me and take computerized JOBSHEET now i will give your mobile when he wish…means he totally refuse to give me mobile …whereas earlier on 30 june he told me that he will give my phone on 10th june.

I contacted your tollfree number many times they are not gibing me satisfied answer. Its my humble request that give me my phone BEFORE 15 JULY because i am shifting to some another city.

HENCE, please solve my problem and give my phone before 15 JULY EVERY TIME WHENEVER I CALL THEY SAY PLEASE WAIT FOR A WEEK ARE WE FOOL OR IDIOT. Please help me …or please replace my phone till tomarrow ..please
