With due respect I wish to inform that on the 6th of September 2016, I have renewed my Hathway connection(40 mbps-100GB). I made the online payment of Rs.2242.50 through the online payment portal of Hathway Internet provider.
But inspite of paying the renewal subscription amount, I am receiving continuous calls and text messages from Hathway stating that I need to renew my plan. When I am eagerly trying again and again to contact the customer care executives of Hathway, either they are not able to respond properly or they are not able to fetch my payment details when I am providing the account number, transaction Id and other relevant details.
This type of incompetency is highly regretted from customer perspective.
