We purchased a daikin split a.c., from Rass Enterprises Pvt Ltd. On 17th may 2016. It was installed by the dealer only. Within a week it went out of cooling. When we contact to the service number provided by the dealer, some engineer visited and told us that nothing is wrong its only voltage fluctuation, and advice us to have 90volt stapilize. However it slow down its cooling and on 30th stopped cooling at all. When we tried to contact the service number (7860609999) it was answered and even disconnected for two days. We also contacted the dealer but he always said tomorrow we will fix the problem. But from that day till today he has done nothing, not even visited once. He has stopped accepting our calls. Mean while we contacted daikin service center on 3rd june and register a complain LKO160604679. They also didn’t responded. So we mailed to the company. Meanwhile through them we came to know that dealer had installed our a.c. Unit from out sourcing and thus the delay is there. The dealer has charged fully from us and had nothing told to us. We had suffer over 2 weeks, visited him daily called to different concern person over 100s of time. But no response from him at all.

Please provide us with help and compensation.
