Complaint regarding damaged items from woodenstreet


Below are the details of my order.
Order placement: 02.11.2015, Order estimated dispatch date: 08.11.2015, Order receipt: 28.11.2015
Product SKU: WSCSU058MF1702
Product Details: Custom Carden Low floor platform bed with 2 bedside tables. Invoice no. : INVW-2015-16-0075 (Incomplete Invoice rcvd where 2 bedside tables is not mentioned in the Invoice copy.) The invoice was sent thru mail after 6 hrs of delivery when asked from our end.

The product rcvd is in damaged condition. The service was very poor. Even after commitment being made, installation of product was finally done with lots of arguments and hassles with wooden street. While installing, it was found that the 2 side tables and headboard of the cot were damaged.

Even after informing this issue to wooden street over phone (the person on this no. claimed to be co-founder) and customer care no. and mail at and providing the images of damaged products, response from wooden street is not rcvd.

I request consumer forum to please take action and find a solution in below terms…
1. Refund of full amount, goods to be returned within 2 days time. OR
2. Complete replacement of damaged product within 7 days time
