I had ordered a Coffee Table from “mebelkart.com” online vide order reference number 1002768830 dated 7th Jun 2016. I was promised delivery of item by 04 May 16 whereas the item was only despatched on 10 Jun 16 after reminders issued by me through email/support at mebelkart.com(Ticket Number 61327). On reciept of item on 20 May 16, it was found to be broken and of lighter color than what I ordered. I immidiately informed the website (Ticket Number 66612). There was no response oyher than acknowledgement of reciept of complaint. I again raised a complaint regarding inaction on 27 jun 17. The fresh complaint met the same fate. The acknowledgement and a hollow promise of picking of item by there logistic partner. My plan to buy a coffee Table has become a two month long project .
