Complaint regarding damaged product from PayTM vendor

I ordered an IFB washing machine on paytm and recieved a damaged product. I wanted to return it but on app it was showing as product not delivered because of which i have to mark it as cancel the order. Now paytm is saying that first status will be changed to delivered then return request will be accepted but the status is not getting changed even after complaining them multiple times. They are just extending the time and giving excuses. Kindly help with my refund of money and get the product picked.
