Complaint regarding damaged product from Snapdeal

Sir I bought a portable air cooler from Snapdeal on 18/06/18. They delverd a damaged product on 23/06/18. on same day I request to return and corier boy picked up from me on 24/06/18. After few days hay return back to me damage item. I completed to west Bengal consumer help desk docket no is 807911. But Snapdeal closed my complan. Still now I’m deprived from justice. Please help.

    Team Snapdeal. I bought many products from you. Sins last time I ordered a portable air cooler and that was damaged but no one Listens my request. I hope you will understand
