Complaint regarding deactivation by Vodafone

I had bought new vodafone simcard from Croma in Phoenix mills, Lower parel, mumbai 3-4 months back. my address had changed recently which i had provided to vodafone customer care people whenever they called me. i have no idea if they verified my address because no one reached there. i got a call from vodafone regarding bill payment. after a week my vodafone sim card was blocked by vodafone without intimation. then they started calling me for my new address and why i am not paying the bill. my sim card being blocked i am not able to connect with vodafone through online services and customer care people are disconnecting my call when i am calling them from my other mobile no. i am calling them to know the options how i can pay my bill because my proffession doesnt give me time to go out to pay bills to the vodafone centre. they are not listening to what i am saying and are evidently playing with me when i call them. i just wanted to pay the bill and throw out the sim card. the experience of calling vodafone customer services was mentally harrassing and disturbing. i demand Rs 10000/- for the mental torture by these people when i was actually trying to pay them Rs 900/-… bill
