I brought a new Xiaomi Y1 from amazon on 27th December’17 and delivered it on 29th December. I had issue with the mobile its Audio Jack of 3.5 is not suitable with normal 3.5 headset. So i had rasied a compliant. My concern is to get the refund of the same, but Amazon customer service telling that they cannot give a refund/replacement without providing the service slip from Authorized. We are using these online shopping for our convenience and to avoid traffic in our place. The service center here in our city is too far from my place also it will take almost half of a day. I wouldn’t like to go to service center for getting this done. As a customer i need only the replacement/refund of the same.
