On 12/09/2015 I bought an Aerofit Threadmill Model: AF 782 from Sachdev Sports, M.G Road, Secunderabad. Bill Number: 1101.

Since day one the machine is stopping when switched on with an error ‘E11’. We have made number of complaints to the service center, but all they do is take the motor and go, come back say that the machine is working fine and test it at our place. Ask us to try in the morning, evening and night and get back to them as to when the error is coming and when its not. Somehow thee managed to make sure that the machine warranty expires. Till date they have not fixed the issue.

The recommendation that they have given to use a stabilizer is also not working. Now they are asking to use a 18-20K worth of stabilizer for a 34K threadmill, still not sure if that new stabilizer will work. This is really frustrating as there is no ownership being taken by anyone, either the service center guys or the Sachdev Sports who sold us a faulty machine.
