Complaint regarding defective Air cooler from dealer

I don’t know how you can help us through thus forum. We had purchased an Air Cooler worth 13500 INR from Guru Ji Electronics, Maharaja Complex, Main Patel Road, New Delhi (Invoice Number Ri-171:-2016-2017). The shop keeper had promised for proper installation of the product while purchasing. As soon as the Cooler reached home, we found that it was defective – the motor was not working and had few other problems etc.
We asked the service man to take it back for which he said he will replace right away in few hours which never happened.

It has been many days since we have been requesting the shopkeeper to replace the cooler but keeps on saying it will be replaced with no timeline. Shopkeeper has got a very bad behaviour would hang up thephone while your are trying to request.

Only looking forward to get our product replaced / fixed.
