I have ordered an Alcatel tab A310. When i received it , I found that its upper half of the display is less brighter then the lower half. Flipkart sent a technician to confirm this. The technician found the problem and informed to flipkart for replacement. i got a replacement product of same problem again. Again i contacted to Flipkart regarding this.
1st day(3.11.2017): Representative told me they will provide me refund when i present my bank account details. As i don’t have account details that day, I called to flipkart next day.
2nd day(4.11.2017): The representative told that “they can’t refund without the agreement of the problem from product service centre .” They provided me the service centre address. I went to the service centre. The service centre representative told me it is a manufacturing defect so can’t be solved and told the same to flipkart representative. Then the flipkart guy told me to return home and they will solve my problem.
3rd Day(6.11.2017) : Again i had contacted to flipkart about the solution and refund.They provided me an alcatel customer care number 18002748877. This number is dead.
(Every conversation with flipkart is recorded in their database)
As i am a student i bought this product for reading purpose and i am not able to use it. How can i buy something which has already problem in it and no one is helping me properly regarding this. please help me out
