We have been supplied a defective Dr aquaguard magna uv ( which we purchased on 17th june 2015 . The machine has given recurring problems from the 1st month onwards. We have to call the service engineers month on month from the date of purchase. We have called the service number on 23rd januray 2016 for the same problem, the engineer visited but has still not resolved the issue. I have personally given a letter dated 25/01/2016 asking for refund, There has been no response. we want the refund .
