I shoped a bajaj wet grinder from bigbazaar mysore which had 2 year “guaranty”. they delivered it on the same day. after that we started to use the machine frequently, after 20 days of purchasing , we started to notice an blackish grey powder falling frequently whenever we use. after 10 days the wet grinder stopped to work at normal condition soon the grinder stopped working. we complined the above with bigbazaar, after 2 days they gave a number (said it is the bajaj customer care). we called the customer care they took details about problem and they said they will come home to check problem and replacement if neccesary. after that no service person from bajaj came home for repair, we called again they said we soon resolve your problem. after that no message or no information from the bajaj. and today almost 1 year has passed after complining and worst has happened. i want consumer forum to take strict action on both big bazaar and bajaj consumer care.
