Complaint regarding defective furniture

In Dec 2015 i order bed from www.insaraf.com. From date of delivery i am informing them about defects in bed. We are getting hurt daily from that bed as its storage gate is not closing. Apart from that there are many defects in bed. I did not spend 30K for defective bed. Previously i was looking for repair of that bed but they did not listen me. Then i request them for replacement then also they did not listen me Now i want my money back. Even after more than 1.5 year they are not solving my problem. Now I want my money back with compensation.
