I purchase Western Digital Internal Hard drive from SnapDeal.com Dt.28 Oct 2015. The hard drive is faulty and its warranty period of 5 years also expired. I registered my complaints to the SnapDeal and Western Digital company. Western Digital Company said products warranty period is over. Snapdeal company said send the product to the original seller ‘Ashish Computer Services, Jaipur’. So I send the product to the seller, but seller did not replace or refund. Seller said you take it from SnapDeal company. Snapdeal Company said its not our problem. Sir, Please help me in this case, what should I do.
