Complaint regarding defective Honda Active

I purchase a new active 3g (scv110f) from Bhagwati Honda Amritsar on 3 june 2015. In between one week I took my bike to showroom for the problems I was facing regaring that like battery problem selk start not working and speedometer not working. I request them to pls change the product They simply refuse me saying that its not Honda policy to change the product they only provide repair. they change battery and give it back to me. afer two days it again start giving me same problem then I file a complaint in Honda service center all this process goes on till now but no proper solution is provided and after that one more time they change the battery but the probem remains same. now it cross all the limits becase from the last twenty days its not getting start even. Now today I handed over it in agency they said that they will do the service and solve the problem, but I that want the same scooter back. Kindly do the needful.
