This is to inform you that I have purchased Le 1s (Eco) 32GB mobile phone through Amazon on dated 30/12/2016.
And I have noticed that this phone’s speaker is not working from the day one then I have request on the same day to Amazon to replace or refund the money to me.
But Amazon has not showed good response on the same as per them the seller is not ready to replace this mobile.
As a customer I have a request with Amazon that this kind of fraud seller (Seller details: IVISH Associates) who is making your company image down with this type of reponse of customer complain you much take a action against him. This is really a very bad experience that it has completed 26 days with email communications with Amazon but they has not yet replace the defected mobile with a new mobile. Since this is under warranty and seller can easily returne this mobile to the LeTV company and accordingly he can replace this defected mobile.
Through this mail I would like to request you please help me to get a new mobile phone in place of this defected one or refund my money of Rs.11,999/- which has paid by me to Amazon while the cost of mobile was 9,999/- as written on the box itself.
I am attaching herewith the invoice and the mobile box copy for your ready reference please.
Hope you will consider my request and revert back with some positive action asap
