Sir i ordered a 55 inch samsung Led tv model no 55 JU6600 on 24th September and i got the product through transport on 10 th october 2016 and after opening the box of led tv it was already broken and immediately on 10th october i informed shop clues that the led tv is broken they said to send the images and i sent them immediately and after that they said they will look into matter within 4 to 5 working days and whenever i call them to refund everytime they are saying that they will reply after 4 or 5 working days and they are not refunding my money till 24 th october so please look after this matter and help me to get my money as soon as possible and the value of tv is 89000 i have already paid.
