Complaint regarding defective Micromax and poor support

I bought a laptab in may…it stopped working in october i registereda complaint regarding it to micromax premium care they said that i ll get a replacement tablet. i was told that it will take 15 days and after 10 days a call from there side came that said u ll get the tab a bit late due to delay i said ok. and after more 10 days i called they said that the laptab is pending and i have to wait a week more after a week i.e. today they are not picking up the call and neither answering email.
