I am purchased Micromax canvas spark 3 mobile from Snapdeal (Suborder No.163328561081 / 28-4-16) & mobile receive on 30-04-16, 6.07pm. That mobile is an defective mobile. The problem in that mobile is AUTOMATIC RESTART.
The replacement request also given in snapdeal website the Ticket id – 23013228. I am contacted the customer care 09212692126 executive Mrs. Mxxxxxa dt. 04-05-16 and explained all things and she will says to arrange call back for replacement.
Today 06-05-16 no one call from snapdeal. Again i call to the customer care Mr.Mxxxxi kxxxxr attend the call and transfered that call to the Supervisor Mr.Dxxxxxxk. He says to go service centre and get jobsheet then we can process replacement.
I said to not ready to go service centre. because the defective product issued by snapdeal, then why i need to go service centre.
Take immediate action against SNAPDEAL.
