Complaint regarding defective mobile from Naaptol

I purchase a mobile through Naaptol at 14.09.2016 we received data wind Jeotex 4 sim mobile which was not working properly. i complaint to customer care dt.14.09.2016 but customer care executive no proper response me. i again complaint on 15.09.2016 at 02.34 Pm but no response & phone become hold for long time & disconnect. after this i again try to talk at 08.57 Pm but got on proper response. I request you to please return my Rs.3399/- at earliest. executive give me mentally harrasment. I am seventy one year old who can not take more pain.

Please treat the matter as most urgent.
