Complaint regarding defective mobile from Snapdeal

I have Purchased Nokia 130 moblie from Snapdeal and my Order ID is 15185700386 Date is on 17 September 2016.

When i Received the delivery of mobile handset and installed the SIMs in it only one sim is working and another one is not working, i have been informed the same to customer care executive, they said one of our service engineer will visit and verify the mobile, and the person came and verified the mobile handset and he found that the mobile handset has defect and he has give the acknowledgement.

Other day courier person came and collect the product. When i ask to customer care they are saying that, the quality check was not meet by the your product. we are sorry we will not replace your or refund the amount.

And one of there supervisor said refuse the parcel so that we will initiative the refund. Its already 50days completed, hence i have not received the refund. Please help me to get the refund.
