Complaint regarding defective Moto G5 plus

I have booked one Moto G5 Plus at flipkart dt. 18/03/17, the same was delivered to me on 23rd march 17. This mobile was slow compare to my collegue though flipkart. I ignore that bcs i think it may be due gorilla glass. On 9th april handset stop functioning even it was not switched on. I visited service center on motorolla at Jammu, they communicate me that he will reply by 4pm, after follow up several times he assured me that he will reply on tomorrow. When i did’t get any response i have visited service center. Service engineer told me that sim card tray is stuck and they are not having equipment to open it. Service engineer tried to pull sim card tray, sim card tray come out but due to pulling the got damaged. I approched flipkart on the above matter they told me that return policy was for 10 days only. Also gurantee of product being cancelled due to broken part.

Request you to kindly look in to the matter and do the needfull.
