Complaint regarding defective One Plus mobile from Infibeam

I purchased One Plus Two mobile from on 14-Mar-16(i.e. order Id 18106319) and got the mobile on 22-Mar-16. Once I unboxed and set up the mobile, I realised that there is screen issue and informed/complained to infibeam for the same.

Infibeam support team said that they have a huge process to resolve the mobile or replacement the mobile and suggested me that to contact the One Plus team.

I was communicated with one plus support team through mail. but they are supporting the mobile services to amazon only. even though they gave steps to resolve the issue. otherwise replace mobile from infibeam.

Please suggest me. how can I get my money back or replace my mobile.
