Complaint regarding defective piece sell by Amazon

I have purchase redmi note-3 handset from amazon on 5 Nov’2016 but after 10 days my touch screen not work. I have made a complint but no resolution comes regarding this and customer representative not also doing help cut the call during talk on the date of 19 nov ‘ 2016 I have also talk to senior customer representative Mr Sxxxxxxxh he has also used bad language during call. so I request u to help as soon as possible.
