Complaint regarding defective Pigeon gas stove from shopclues

I had ordered pigeon blackline square S2 burner gas stove – auto ignition., which was delivered to me on 9th June. On using it found gas heavily leaking, on checking found the main pipe broken.
Called up shopclues for return, according to their process sent required pictures as evidence in their link. But after repeated contacting them dozen times, they just refusing to acknowledge my return request, by giving some flimsy excuses everytime,and asking for 3-4 days.
They are insisting that, it is not their fault, and that I should settle the matter with the vendor.
Its more than 1 month and I am left with a defective product with no sign of the problem being solved.
