I had order one front panel cover of dell studio 1555. But I received the defective item. It took a month for them to open a claim of refund by giving so many excuses on technical stuff. However, seller was already agreed on returning the item. I had mailed with snapshot of defctive item. They had problems in claiming and uploading claim/shippment detail on portal. After loosing my patience, I myself shipped the item by spending 450/- and then send mail to eBay at email@example.com(as instructed by customer care). But after sending and even after seller received the item eBay is now saying that since you did not send dispatched receipt we are closing the claim. That was bullshit ! because the seller id in CC had received the same mail. Also I did not receive any mail failure message. After long heated conversation customer care agreed to re-open the claim. but again it has been a week they have not called me.They in fact do not get in touch on toll free number.
Please look into this matter because this issue has already taken more than a month.
